What’s happening on Earth is bad. Really bad. A political species has taken control of our planet. That political species rules over us oppressively. It lies to us and deceives us, takes away our fairly earned wealth, and commits aggressions and frauds. It also holds back our natural progress towards joining Galactic civilization; a civilization of peace, freedom, justice, honesty, prosperity, fun and a tongue-in-cheek sense of humour.
The Company for Galactic Advancement decides to help us. It sets up a project to make humans fit to join the Galactic Association, Junior Section. This is the story of that enterprise. From the initial report, through to the friendly invasion of Earth by Galactics, the Awakening of the human species, and its consequences. Told by the Team Leader, who found himself at the centre of making it all happen.
The Galaxy of this novel is a cosmopolitan one, in which individuals from many different civilizations live together in harmony. Besides humans and those like us, the Galaxy is home to species resembling giant upright lizards, anacondas, small brown Christmas trees, horses (with arms too) and wheatstalks. And many more, including some characters you may have come across before in ancient legends.
