My Mother-in-law’s Murder is the story of what happens when a poisoned personality spreads hatred and anger through a household. When Clifford Bridge meets and marries the beautiful Parisian Ophélie, he hardly expects to endure the venom and bitterness of her mother. When the latter dies suddenly and the police suspect foul play, Clifford and his family are at the centre of the law’s suspicions.

The novel outlines Clifford’s ‘factional’ account of the chaos going on around him, intentionally blurring the line between fiction and fact. Peppered throughout with black humour, this novel will entertain as well as teach us about the dark underbelly of familial love and loyalty.
